ABOUT US
We’re professional problem solvers - and we’ve been at it for a few years, so we’ve seen a lot of projects come to fruition. We like to have the answer to your problem right there on our truck; but if it’s not - we’ll go get it - because we won’t ever leave you hanging.
We’ve spent a lot of time working not only in customer service, but within different corporate restaurant, retail, and manufacturing structures - on many different pay levels. So, unfortunately, we know the feeling of being left out to dry, either by a fellow employee, or by a manager. The sense of almost-betrayal you feel, or frustration… we’ve felt that feeling, many times over, and I always said, even back then:
”There is something despicable, and lazy about someone willing to suddenly drop their workload into someone else’s lap, so they can go do whatever they want, I would never leave a client or employee hanging like this,” and that holds true to this day. Why? We simply refuse to be anything but helpful when we work with you, so anything you need, becomes our priority.
Our work ethic comes from not only experience, but also our empathy for our fellow man. We understand and empathize genuinely with your situation, because we’ve either already dealt with it numerous times on a professional level, or at least once in our own homes. We want to see your task or project resolved, because it becomes our task or project. We pride ourselves greatly in the work we do, and the level of attention to detail we bring to your project to ensure a solid, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing solution.
When we started doing this, it was through the help and support of our families and friends - and TaskRabbit - but as time went on, more word-of-mouth referrals started coming in at a greater rate than the TaskRabbit tasks. When that started up, it didn’t stop, and we are grateful for everyone’s confidence and trust they have put in us, thus-far.
We’re just a small family operation, a mix of efforts from myself and occasionally my son, but for the most part I run all of this, and it’s a lot, honestly, but it’s worth the late nights and early mornings, because eventually, what I’m doing will get passed down, to my son, or sold to a competing handyman company. One way or another, hard work and dedication had better pay off, because it’s mostly what I have to offer. That and a keen eye for winning website color schemes ;) I also have some good ideas sometimes :)
Thank you for all your continued support - none of this exists without you.
See you out there, my friends!
