We’re professional problem solvers - and we’ve been at it for a few years, so we’ve seen a lot of projects come to fruition. We like to have the answer to your problem right there on our truck; but if it’s not - we’ll go get it - because we‘lol never leave you hanging.

We’ve spent a lot of time working not only in customer service, but within different corporate restaurant, retail, and manufacturing structures - filling varying Management and Associate positions. So, unfortunately, we know the feeling of being left out to dry, either by a fellow employee, or by a manager. The sense of betrayal you feel, or the frustration… we’ve felt that feeling, many times over. We always say:

“What’s the point of fixing something if you don’t do it right the first time?”

We hold true to that ideal because it makes no sense to fix something temporarily or shoddily

We simply refuse to be anything but helpful when we work with you, so anything you need, becomes our priority.

Our work ethic comes from not only experience, but also our empathy for our fellow man. We understand and empathize genuinely with your situation, because we’ve either already dealt with it numerous times on a professional level, or at least once in our own homes. We want to see your task or project resolved, because it becomes our task or project.  We pride ourselves greatly in the work we do, and the level of attention to detail we bring to your project to ensure a solid, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing solution.

When we started doing this, it was through the help and support of our families and friends - and TaskRabbit - but as time went on, more word-of-mouth referrals started coming in at a greater rate than the TaskRabbit tasks. When that started up, it didn’t stop, and we are grateful for everyone’s confidence and trust they have put in us, thus-far.
